Hiking, fishing, cooking, language, and culture exchange

  • Gothenburg, Alingsås or Lindholmen – depending on activity
Share my passions for the outdoors and cooking with me! We can either gather at my apartment near Lindholmen Science Park for a cooking session, exchanging recipes and cultural stories, or embark on a hiking or fishing trip outside Gothenburg. My favorite fishing spot is the nearby lakes in Alingsås. If the weather permits, we can even combine both interests with some outdoor cooking.

About Your Host, Sunil

Hi, I'm Sunil from India, and I moved to Gothenburg with my wife Chandana in summer 2024. I enjoy hiking, fishing, cooking, and exercising. Back in my hometown, I spent all my weekends outdoors, and since that's also part of the Swedish lifestyle, I'm continuing that habit here despite the weather conditions. I speak English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Urdu, and some Swedish. Currently, I'm passionate about learning the Swedish language and culture. Any Swedes or those familiar with the Swedish language who'd like to share outdoor experiences or learn Indian recipes or culture exchange are especially welcome.
