Vi upplever Göteborg till fots. Vi ser en stad i förvandling. En promenad som tar ungefär två timmar. Man kan beskriva staden som dynamisk eller jätterörig. Allt beroende på vilken attityd man har. Men Göteborg är en stad med mycket som är sevärt. Göteborg har en fantastisk historia som kan vara intressant att ta del av. Göteborgs ursprung är en fästning och vallgraven runt Göteborgs centrum påminner om detta. Den historien delar jag gärna med dig.
Om så önskas stärker vi oss med en kopp kaffe någonstans när vi är färdiga. Fikar vi på café betalar var och en för sig.

Göteborgare av födsel och ohejdad vana. Har kört buss och taxi i staden i många år. Dessutom intresserad av stadens historia och följer stadens omvandling med intresse. Bor i en liten stuga strax utanför staden med katten som sällskap.

Lika avkopplande att strosa runt i, även när det inte är grönt.
Fortsätt promenaden från Trädgårdsföreningen i Kungsparken utefter vallgraven ända bort till Järntorget. - Saluhallen
Ett tempel helgat åt god mat med internationell prägel. Bara att ströva omkring i, eller att äta en god måltid. - Kronhuset
En mysig miljö där man kan både fika och titta på hantverk. - Ta gratisfärjan från Stenpiren (färjan med grön flagga) över till Lindholmen. Göteborgs svar på Silicon Valley.
Man kan också lösa en vanlig biljett på de övriga färjorna som trafikerar hamnen (35 kr vuxen)
och åka runt runt i hela hamnen så länge man har lust. (Biljetten är giltig i 90 minuter!)

He carried a set of pictures in a binder with him, and you could compare 1:1 the current day layout and buildings with what the city looked like in the past. That way of sharing the history made me feel very connected to the city, and what makes it the way it is. He has a balanced way of speaking that is very calming, focused on the facts of history - a perfect pacing to not be overwhelming, in the slightest. Even though it is a big city, after Peter's excellent tour and coincidentally meeting him again, it had a warm small-town feeling.
