Visit a Swedish allotment house community with Dagmar

  • Offered in English, German, Swedish
  • Borås, in a community of gardening allotments on a lake, with cottages, and the surrounding area
Visit an allotment house community and enjoy the garden. Have coffee and cake, relax in a hammock, drink tea under the “tea house magnolia”, a Siebold's Magnolia, and chat. I can also offer a walk in the beautiful surroundings. Time: 2-3 hours.

About Your Host, Dagmar

I travelled quite a bit when I was young and believe that meeting local people really is the best way to get to know a place. I was born in Germany and moved to Sweden when I was a young woman. Now I’m a pensioner, but young at heart. I have children and grandchildren. One of my biggest interests is my allotment house and garden. Having a garden is creative, educational and a never-ending project. Having a garden is a way of life! I however still love travelling. I hope to meet garden enthusiasts from near and far.
